On May 16, the "Heart to Heart *  Jing-Zang" 2025 tourist train was launched in Beijing. During the 14-day journey, the train will pass through Xining, Lhasa, Nyingchi and other locations, allowing tourists to explore Xizang's famous cultural and natural landscapes along the way.

　　  To alleviate discomfort caused by altitude sickness during the trip, the "Heart to Heart * Jing-Zang" tourist train is divided into two segments: the first segment from Beijing to Xining uses regular train carriages, while the second segment from Xining to Lhasa is a dedicated high-altitude oxygen-supplied tourist train. The train is staffed with professional medical personnel throughout the journey to ensure tourists' health and safety.
