Inaugural CRE Train from Beijing to Minsk Departs
At 11 a.m. on May 15, a CRE train loaded with auto parts departed from the Liulihe Railway Station of CR-Beijing's Beijing Railway Logistics Center, bound for Minsk, the capital of Belarus. This marks the official launch of the Beijing-Minsk CRE train, opening a new logistics channel for trade between Beijing, its surrounding areas and Europe. The train carries 55 forty-foot containers, totaling about 293 tonnes of goods from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. It departs Beijing, crosses the Erenhot Railway Port, and is expected to reach Minsk in around 15 days.
To ensure safe and efficient transport, railway authorities have implemented a "Five Priorities" policy, namely priority planning, container allocation, loading, dispatch and clearance, creating a "green channel" for the train's operation.
